Excellent breakfast and the staff serving breakfast. They were very caring, well-mannered, and considerate regarding each guest. While the hotel was located at a central area of the city, the neighbourhood was not at par with hotel's standard

While initially, we had a few reservations regarding housekeeping, the management really took immediate action on our request to resolve the matter and tried to go over and above to compensate and accommodate us. Really appreciate their concern and efforts.

This was my third stay at Islamabad Regalia Hotel, and it truly feels like a home away from home.The best asset of this hotel is its staff. They are incredibly helpful and always willing to assist with a smile, which makes a huge difference.I especially want to thank Farid at the front desk, who kindly upgraded my room complimentary. His professionalism, kindness, and support meant a lot, and he helped me with everything I needed throughout my stay.A very special mention to Hamid at the breakfast buffet. He always greets you warmly, asks how your stay is going, and makes sure you’re comfortable. You don’t even have to ask for anything, he notices on his own and offers help, asking if you need this or would like that. His attentiveness and genuine care truly stand out.They were also kind enough to allow me a late check-out due to the foggy motorway situation, which I truly appreciated.I always enjoy staying here and would absolutely love to come back again very soon. Without a doubt, I’ll be choosing Islamabad Regalia Hotel every time.

This was my second stay and my experience at Regalia Hotel was made even better thanks to Fareed at the reception. He was so courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Such employees make a big difference thank you for the great hospitality.

They upgraded my room without extra charges so it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff was cooperative.

Location or approach to the hotel

Excellent breakfast choice. Omar and Hamza Abbassi at the dinner hall went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast.

Light issue in our room, however this was dealt promptly.

Exceptionally customer services. Hamza Abbasi and Omar from restaurant team were outstanding and extremely hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we were served properly. 6 out of 8 of our guests were visiting Pakistan for the first time and the first impression they got was priceless only because of your customer service. Thank you and definitely we are coming back.

Amazing experience, value for money, little difficult to find a location but finally got reached, staff was very professional, room cleaning is well, affordable rates of dinner or room service, tub shower all things considered well 10/10

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Islamabad. From the moment of booking to check-in and even at check-out, the service was outstanding. The staff were extremely courteous and cooperative, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.A special mention to Ms. Asma Gul, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and professional throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her thoughtful gesture of upgrading our room at no extra charge. Her assistance at every step made a significant difference.The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Islamabad. The hospitality and service exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning!

Not a major issue but it’s worth noting that the lighting in the room can be improved for a brighter and well-lit room.

They don’t have smart TVs, but hotel staff mentioned that management is in the process of upgrading all TV sets to smart TVs.

It was a pleasure to reconnect with familiar faces, including Hamza Abbasi, the restaurant manager. His presence is always a welcome addition. The restaurant itself and its Regalia location are key factors driving repeat visitation.

This facility is experiencing significant employee turnover, impacting service quality. Key personnel, including Mirza Sb (Housekeeping), Fareed Sb (Front Desk), and Shakir Sb (General Manager), have recently departed. Their absence is detrimental, as their expertise contributed significantly to Regalia's reputation as my preferred Islamabad accommodation.Upon my recent visit, the reception staff were unfamiliar with returning guests, resulting in a less personalized experience than previously received. The lack of a welcome drink and the two-hour delay in receiving tea, despite multiple phone calls, were particularly disappointing.
